The serial # is AQ0238-203358 and the axle is made by Kawasaki...below are my pic links to some pictures of the motor and axle. I believe the speed sensor would be inside the covered box...m/f plug red blk grn wires coming from passenger side of motor. Hope this helps.

That is indeed a DS IQ car with an IQ Motor. But it's the first time I've ever seen one with a Kawasaki drive unit. It's possible that it was swapped into the vehicle from an older donor car. No worries though. It's a good unit and it's geared the same as the original. You'll never notice a difference.

I am thinking one of two things: either a failing speed sensor or solenoid dropout. I don't think the beeps happen with the solenoid dropout, though, so I would lean towards the speed sensor.

Part number 102355201 - IQ Dropout Harness. Order one. It's a very common problem with early IQ cars. Don't know the details as to why, but it works. It's about 3" long and plugs in behind the tow/run switch.

Tahoe : Do you only use these drop out harnesses on certain year carts?

Only on IQ's? What about Excel's? Both Ds and precedents?
