That will tell us if any batteries are wired backwards.

What is the voltage measured from the + and - charger socket on the cart?

That will tell us if the charger circuit is properly wired to all batteries.

You may also want to measure each battery as the charger has been running for a while to see if all batteries are increasing voltage. You may have a bad battery.

i know i have them in right and that the charging wire is going to the + on the #1 battery and that my whole pack is coming up together and that they are all reading within .05v of each other threw the whole discharged i have done load test. last night after driving over 10 miles i had a reading of 48.3v but at 16miles it was barely moving. like i said its charging i just have to reset the breaker a couple of times and most of the time let it sit over night b4 it will stop poping the breaker

So I just had a thought what if I put in a 20amp breaker instead of the 15amp that keeps poping I mean these things are made to put out 17amps and have a 15amp breaker on them that's kinda backwards to me but I'm the the geniuses at club car. Any input?

You could have a faulty breaker? That does happen! The manual calls for 15. But it doesn't explain why the borrowed charger tripped :scratch

The ammeter is displaying DC amps, the breaker is on the AC side. The charger should only be using about 8 amps AC to run your 18 amps DC.

Is your pack getting up to 60v close to the end of the charging cycle?

Dumb question. Do you have enough water in the batteries? In batteries 56 is not close to 60.

Yes batts are all full I check them regularly. And I was trying to go off memery I think they where pretty high yesterday 56-58 maybe I forgot to write it down.

Just had a thought, improper AC service would cause high AC current as well.

If you are using an extension cord, remove it.

If you have been using the same outlet to test both chargers, can you find a different one to use for test?

I have been using the same plug no extension cord. I will try a diffrent one.
