You will probably have to put a load on it and it will drop to 12V, I suggest you go to Walmart and buy the cheapest 12V light you can find and connect it in. If anything goes wrong at least you won't blow your whole system.

I tried that an blew out my lights. Only thing that's strange is when I check the power . Green black I'm not showing it is putting out power
