That is a grey controller
I was think along that line but he said his cart has a PH prefix which makes it an Excel.

That's the same controller I had in my cart it's a 2010 excel, 250amp Curtis controller. But that controller has a FSIP sticker on it. Which looks like a rebuilt controller. I would send that controller back to fsip for $15 shipping. To have fsip check the controller out and make sure it's not a short in the controller.

I put in the NEW controler today. Hit the go pedal and she hauled a$$ so I let off pedal and rolled to a stop . Hit it again no click no go .Scratch my head and cuss a minute or three and I try it again and it runs good till I let off. It did this in forward or reverse and I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes every time so I am now charging over night in hopes that the batteries were low from not being plugged up all week.I will report back tomorrow and will search and read some more . THANKS TO ALL.

That sounds like it may be an MCOR issue.

Up and running again ! I am sure controler was bad an MCOR was iffy. Popped the pedal hard a few times to loosen things up an off she goes at 16.5 MPH . Still not sure what burned #9 gray wire to controller but good to go now .
