Default clutch wear problem

I have an 85 ezgo marathon that seems to be wearing the clutch unevenly and too quickly. I've attached a couple of pictures. This clutch probably has less than 20 hours of driving on it. Besides the wear it also seems to stick when accelerating from a stop and makes a popping noise. The other issue is when climbing up a hill it bogs down to almost a stop before the clutch changes ratio to provide low range. Any ideas as to what is causing this and is it possible to replace the little nylon bumpers without replacing the whole clutch?
