Question Quick question about rebuilding a g2.

My g2 has been giving me some trouble trying to resurrect it but I think I'm homing in on the problem. But here's a different question. It has 165 psi compression but smokes some should I rebuild or run it?

if the oil is not overfull, the oil rings are bad. compression rings still good.

It's not smoking really bad will I be doing any damage to the engine if I keep running it.

no, just keep an eye on the oil level.. the muffler can eventually get crudded up from the oil residue.
