A set of rollers for the primary clutch won't be more than $20. If you pull the dust cover off and find flat spots on the rollers, I'd start there. Also replace the drive belt while you're at it!

a $20 roller set? i wouldnt touch those. the crappy plastic ones yamaha used for a couple of years should be better than that.

I agree with CG!!

I would call Don Plowman to get a sence of direction of where you may want to go. After that you can call "Cart Parts Plus" and get a set of rollers and shafts for somewhere around $60.!! Plowman may have the same deal, I don't know.

But I would go Plowmans secondary clutch if your thinking of large tires and off road ventures!!

Also need to determine how much life is left in the primary sliding sheave before you spend money!!

Well, nor would I...Plowmans got the clutch for my new cart now, but if the OP is tight on funds and needs to make the cart work, I'd bet those short life rollers will be better than what's on there!

yeah, but if theres one thing i hate, its doing the job 3 times. i dont put the $12.99 brake pads on my car either...
