I am not able to read your monitoring file. Maybe another member will be able to. See if you can post the pages of settings for your Alltrax also.
Here is the settings page and an Image of the alltrax file.

On the monitor page of the Alltrax software, I got these errors when testing, this screenshot did not occur when testing. Batteries are disconnected.:
(During the test, the battery pack did not drop below 50v per my multimeter.)

Shutdown
Precharge Failure
Low Battery

Walter,
You sir appear to be correct. Tested the new solenoid this evening. The small terminal voltage was constant at 50.3 volts when the pedal was actuated. The voltage drop across the two large power terminals fluctuated between 3 and 10 volts. A defective part sent me on a wild goose chase it appears. But shame on me for not checking it before.

Thanks for the help. Walter and everyone.

I was able to use the old power cables to connect the two center batteries on the floor. I should have done this before.
Jake

I'm with WalterM6 on this, you don't need the second diode in the clear shrink tube, there is already one soldered to the coil terminals of the Chinese knockoff (Albright) solenoid. AND, that solenoid may be your main problem, new or not.

Here is link to a REAL Albright SW-200 solenoid. You have the Chinese Albright TYPE as they advertise. Looks like one, BUT it is not.

PingEye3,
I learned my lesson on this one. I installed an Albright SW180 (real, not Chinese knock off junk). Everything is working as it should.
