Default 16 cc Eric charger issue??

I have a 16 cc with 2019 Trojan batteries. If I leave charger on cart overnight( 8pm to 6 am) when I go out and check it the batteries are hot(150deg with fluke temp probe between batteries) and the charger is still on first stage of charge. When I check voltage they are between 52-55v. I remove charger and let sit for 10 hrs and they read about 50-51v. Cart drives fine. But I’m wondering if the charger is junk or my on board computer is bad. When connecting charger it does have a delay before the click to charge. When I measure batteries they all measure within .1v of each other from what I remember last time I checked them.

You have to update the charge algorithm in the ERIC charger so it is the correct one for Trojan batteries.

You need to use Algorithm #3 for Trojan batteries.
