Default Identifying Rear Body

I have a Club Car that is customized and has an EzGo rear cowl on it and I’m trying to get the proper fit for a seat. Can someone help me identify this model? Are there cross bars or something that goes in these slots? I haven’t changed the batteries out yet so no judging lol. I’m either going to cut a new seat or order prefab plywood online to make one.

There are no cross bars that go in those cut outs. Those are where the plastic handles which are screwed to the plywood seat bottom fit in. I think they're the same whether on the old or new rear cowl. If you use an old seat bottom as a template to cut a new plywood, and use it to mark the holes for the handles, then they should fit right in to those cut-outs.

I thought the same thing, looking at the scuff pads on the rear body above the wheels, looks like DS body...

It's odd though, because it was definitely retrofitted and doesn't fit like a stock cowl. There's a small gap between the floor and the rear body, and the back storage well is squished a little bit. What do you think? Could it be a different year DS than the cart?

I'm also trying to figure it out from the seat bracket mounting location on the frame. To the left and right of the F/R switch, there's a small slanted part of the frame on the front - trying to find a bracket that looks like it'd fit there. Two mounting holes.
