1996 Medalist with alltrax DCX controller won't go
Just got new batteries. Solenoid won't click, have 38.5 volts on both sides of solenoid, here's numbers from pins on controller
White .6 v.**** Black 0 Green black 0 Orange flashes .1 Light green flashes .1 Yellow 38.5 Blue* 38.5 Red 38.5 Redyellow 38.5 Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk |

Resetting is completely shutting down DCX and then returning it to the stand-by condition. It is accomplished by flipping the Run/Tow switch to tow and after a minute or so beck to Run.
Unless the DCX powers up (LED steady green after four green flashes), even thinking about the ITS or footswitch is a waste of time. Connect your voltmeter's black lead to the B- terminal on the DCX and measure the voltage on Pins 6, 9 and 10. If they all three have battery pack voltage and the LED does not come on, the controller is bad. |
