Default Lift kit question

I installed a Jake's lift on my 2000 PDS cart, ever since, the steering feels loose and the cart is bouncy. My question is: Is there some sort of steering stabilizer or is this just the nature of a lifted cart?

Did you check your toe in/out? with the drop axle your tie rods need some adjustment, if not it will act funny and steer quickly without self centering like it should. You are probably in a toe-out condition and that should be adjusted to 1/8in to 1/16in toe-in.

being bouncy may just be the tires. I had a set of 23's on my cart before and it bounced around so bad you couldn't see anything out the rear view mirror. I put on these 26's and it rides smooth now....tires are NOT round.

Did no adjustments to tie rods, the cart trails straight; doesn't pull left or right. How do you measure the toe-in/toe-out ?
