No.. It has a programming procedure.. With the cart on a level paved surface, make a chalk mark on the side of the tire and pavement.. Roll the cart forward for one revolution of the marked tire, stop when the mark on the tire is back near the pavement.. Mark the pavement at this point, measure the distance between the two marks.. Convert this measurement into millimeters, and enter it into the speedometer.. For the most accurate setting, roll the tire three revolutions, measure the distance, convert to millimeters, and divide by three.. This will take into account "tire squish"..
