A hot wrench should take care of the problem.

2 7/16 bolts on the differential side of the motor housing, motor will then come off. 5 minutes to take off

There should be more than 2 bolts on the back side of the axle going into the motor housing. You should have the cart on stands. Get floor jack and blocks that you can raise up to support the motor. It is heavier than you think. You can use the floor jack to push up a little on the motor and then shake or turn the rear wheels back and forth. This should cause the motor to spin. The motor should slide off. Be sure the floor jack is under it to support it and you don't have anything in front of the motor (controller, solenoid, speed board etc) that would prevent it from going all the way off.
