Re: replace seals in a 3 pg
Finally back on task, after looking at my cart gutted in the garage for months I am ready to continue the job. I was able to pull the clutch today, it went smooth, I just had to tap the hole first and have a friend hold the crank from spinning. I used the clutch puller advise I found here but made my solid piece a little bit longer so I didn't have to drive the bolt so deep. I hope to get out tomorrow, pull the flywheel and clean up the cart so I am ready to reassemble. Thanks again for all the help.

Re: replace seals in a 3 pg
After looking at the above post I took my crankcase to a local golf cart shop and the popped it right off. That was the best 1/2 hour shop time I ever spent money on. Next time I would do it myself I just wanted to someone do it the first time.

Re: replace seals in a 3 pg
Don't worry, today I tried to remove a wheel and found I have a stripped lug nut. Lots of hair flying and a few choice words. Standing over my cart with a lug wrench thinking "breath slowly, step away from the cart...." This will also lead us to my next tech question. (see forum).
