2006 txt belt?
A buddy of mine just bought a 2006 Ezgo TXT and he is wanting more low end power. After reading through Ruredy's sticky about shorter belts it appears that the belt he would need is the 22337-g1?
Just trying to make sure this is correct, I dont want to give him bad info. |

Re: 2006 txt belt?
I own a 2006 EZGO TXT, and just changed the drive belt this week. The original factory belt for some reason seem loose or stretch. I bought from a web site seller the 3/8" wide x 41" OD #22337-G1. And I will vouch for the better lower end pickup. It really did wonders for the quick start and pickup.
It was a bit difficult to install.. that is till I got smart. I put the belt over the clutch and under the trans. belt housing till I could not get it any farther over the housing. At this point I put the cart is forward gear and started the engine, and when I press the gas pedal the belt flipped right over the trans. hous |
