Will IQ controller reset after removing wires?
I have an 09 precedent I2 (IQ) with 6-8volt batteries. I have a stock controller (that I assume is a Curtis 250 amp) and it is sett to the 4th speed code. Im running 21 mph all stock with 22" tires. Just making sure before I replace my wires or do any upgrades, will the controller reset back to a lower speed setting (2 or 3) if I disconnect the battery or controller wires? Thanks for the help and reassurance.
