Default New Upgrade need alltrax programing help

I just upgraded my cart 2006 presedent with an Alltrax DCX 500IQ, PQ Executioner Motor, 400 amp solinoid and #4 welding cables. It is very jerky in forward not as bad in reverse. It showes feild map #4. Alltax sent me 2 Hex files to try Hex#2 and Hex#3. I tried both without any luck. I did notic the feild map # does not change when changing Hex files. any suggestions?

Maybe map 4 is the file you have? What was it when you looked at it originally?

Pushing the foot feed to the right the cart is smooth. pushing it to the left very jerky. What is the foot feed called and where can I buy one.

Put throttle up rate to 2-4
or get a new MCOR.

With the key OFF crawl under the cart while somebody pushes the gas for you. Observe where the slop is and see what can be done to reduce it. I have had some luck with a big pr of channel locks just re-crimping the flimsy aluminum linkage connections.
This is a common CC DS problem
Not sure about the Precedent

Precedent doesn't have any linkage. There are many quirks about programing. If you change any of the slopes after you install the custom hex file, it will revert some setting back that eliminates the ability to obtain 100% throttle. Lower the uprate, and make the downrate double that of the uprate.

Read here too.... http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ecedent-5.html I say it is an MCOR that had some issues at low amperage, and is exaggerating the problem at higher amperage.
