Default how do i get the clutch bolt out

I have tried everything and can't get this bolt out to access the seals. I've read every post about clutch removal but can't seem to get it to budge, when I try and turn it with a wrench the clutch moves and I cant hold it. Please help a newbie out.

Also it has some homemade lift on it and it looks like he ran the pipe in front of where the bolt is supposed to back out. What should I do, beat a deeper dent in the frame

TRY PUTTING SOME ROPE IN THE SPARK PLUG HOLE AND THEN REMOVE THE BOLT.
yOU MAY NEED TO LOWER THE SWING ARM.
Oops cap lock.

u have to jack up the cart, with the rear linkage disconnected, until the bolt clears the frame, being mindful of cables and wiring, then put an impact wrench on it!!

Might be easier to take off the muffler and the fuel tank, remove the the 4 motor mount nuts and "tilt" the engine to get an impact on the bolt. You will also need a primary sheave puller tool to get the sheave off the crank.

I have tried everything. Could the impact be faulty. Its just sitting there and not turning. Are the threads backwards. Its driving me nuts.

The threads should be normal and the torque cant be much more than 75ft lbs. i hope its not rusted and siezed in there.
