Default 2015 Gas Drive light front end!

Hello,

Trying for some help again,

2015 Gas yamaha, high speed gears, 23" tires, rear seat, heavy duty springs.

Just me the cart drives just fine. Load it with 4 people and anything above 10mph and the front end is so light it is very dangerous to drive. It wanders so badly it will go from one side of the road to the other without even turning the wheel.
These are not heavy people either, 300lbs on the front seat, 250-300lbs on the rear seat.

I actually had the cart loaded like above, and I could with one arm, lift the front 3 feet in the air.

Any ideas on what I ca do besides puttting a bunch of weight up front?

Alignment is spot on, with nothing loose, and the pannard bar is not bent?

Thanks

If you look at cart from the side, notice how far the weight (of passengers) is behind the rear wheel. it would be the same as putting 2500 lbs on the tailgate of a pickup. Anything you can do to move any weight forward will help. heavy passengers on front etc.

We had a customer with some lg rear passengers, already had the HD springs. Cart only had a drop spindle lift kit. Changed it for a A Arm (Heavier front end)and relocated the starting battery up front and all was well? Just some ideas.

I built my own rear seat, that being said, I built the seat backs straight up instead of leaning them back, so the riders ***** would be closer over the top of the rear axle!! Just a couple inches will make a big difference!! My car handles very well, loaded with 400# of rocks!!

Do the HD rear springs help this any? My 2013 does the same thing and it has the lights duty springs, I was thinking that it would help to put the HD springs on it.

Heavy springs do not seem to help any.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like I am going to have to take some of those suggestions and try and get some more weight up front.

Wouldn't hurt to call Don Plowman, he may have a cure!!

I have HD springs on the rear of my car, and I stiffened the front springs with shaft collars, (which you can't do on yours) but I have a good handling car as the result!!

So if a guy wanted to add weight, what are some good ideas?

I am thinking tractor suitcase weights, but I only have a JD dealership around me and they are pretty expensive.
