I have been debating on making it electric or gas. I figured I already have the electric cart I can start there and always change it down the road. I have the link below if your interested in seeing the project I am currently building

The only problem I see using that in an electric cart, because of the seating, would location the electronics and batteries. as on that cart, you would be sitting where that all goes. Although it possible, the configuration seems a bit more lending to a GAS cart.

Whats the best way to go about hooking up lights and everything with electric carts? Seperate battery for alot of lights and everything? Or can all 6 batteries hold upto about anything?

Is there any way to hook up a sport shifter instead of a regular shifter to a electric cart? I like the look of them especially with this car.

in the electric cart world......lol.....there are 2 acceptable was to do that. Either have an extra stand alone 12v battery to run everything (which you will need to charge separately) OR have a 48v/36v DC to 12v DC converter to run it all.

YES there is....as that is the very shifter I have on my cart. its just a matter of having the components mounted where they need to be for the linkage.

Where do you find the convertor for them? Just a golf cart supplier? And do you have to find one for electric carts or does a gas one work for electric? Just wondering cause all the options are for gas only
