Re: Secondary clutch fell off G1
True. I'm glad nothing broke. It literally just fell off and the cart stopped. Had to tow it home.

Re: Secondary clutch fell off G1
Well I got the new castle nut and half moon key in, installed it all and it was good. It started making that rubbing noise again that I posted about a while back. I decided to change the gear oil because I've never done it and who knows how long before I bought it that it was done. No noticeable shavings in the old oil but boy was it dirty. Luckily I had a gear oil pump from my boat so I just pumped it in until it started to come out of the plug that was half way up. I used Mobil 1 synthetic 75w-90. Ran it and the noise was still there. I then opened it up put it on jack stands and floored it. I checked compression again and it was at 120. I couldn't tell for sure but it sounded like noise coming from the loose starter belt flapping around so I took the pulley off the old starter and put it on the new one. Now the belt is nice and tight and no more noise and it takes off a lot smoother. It's running like a top now.
