Prohauler body swap?
Hello everyone! New guy to the forum! Just got a 2005 prohauler 700 and the rear body is kinda thrashed. I did a whole lot of searching for replacement bodies but have had no luck. Does anyone know if there are any other body styles from different cart models that I could use in place of the original one?

Re: Prohauler body swap?
looks like a cart with a mini lift
yamaha bodys are hard to find and not cheap I put a ez-go body on my g-29 as they are common and cheap[$100 for a complete body seats dash liners ect] it required a few small cuts to fit and some creative small brackets |

Re: Prohauler body swap?
I have an 06 pro hauler 700 with cracked plastics...
These bodies are obsolete everywhere. I couldn't find anything OEM After market I doubt there is anything out there. Here's what I was gona do, fiberglass the cracks and paint the body but if it's too rough to make the body smooth I was going to bed line the pro hauler body as it seems the body plastics are very brittle. Being out I the sun weakens it more and more. Maybe a bedliner will protect it for longer life. You have pics of yours? I started a post a while back about mine. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-y...ro-hauler.html |

Re: Prohauler body swap?
Crazy world..Had a customer come in with the same problem today. We spent an hour searching and the only thing we could find is a G16-G22 front cowel would bolt up, but not look so cool. The rear body is "close" to the Adventure 1, but mod's and cost are out of the question. Wish I had the bonding adjent used on Yamahauler for you.

Re: Prohauler body swap?
That may be my best option. I would hate to get rid of the front though, I think it looks pretty aggressive compared to some of the body styles I've seen.

Re: Prohauler body swap?
Thanks for the advice everyone! I'll try to get some pics of what I'm talking about later today. I have one area that I can cover with some fender flares but I am missing part of the rear fender area on the passenger side. I was thinking that if I couldn't find another body for the back, maybe I could just try to fab something up out of some aluminum diamond plate to kinda hide the damage.
