Don't think you would have any trouble finding someone to trade gears with.

People in the big block section are always looking for high speed gears.

Sure they would pay some boot money that would pay shipping and other expense's! considering the HS gears run $300 outright.

Then you know you have it and wont cost you anything!

Good idea! I may try that if the 28 degree clutch does not work.
