Default 2003 ezgo txt pds won’t go

2003 ezgo txt won’t move replaced the F/R switch and the seloniod, jacked the back of the cart up and the wheels spin in reverse but when I switch to forward and press the pedal the seloniod clicks the wheels start to turn then the seloniod kicks out and it stops if you keep playing with the pedal it will run for a few seconds than kick back of again any ideas. Batteries are at 38.5 volts.

It sounds like the throttle signal is inadequate/inconsistent. Most common cause is water in the pedal box under the floor mat. (blow dry it out)
Pedal box dry? Test the throttle signal per the instruction in the stickies.
Next common cause is corroded 4 gang connector between the pedal box and the controller. (clean it and retest or ... cut it out and splice or solder the 4 wires together)
Power to the controller pins , solenoid latched, throttle signal good, and no go. Test the controller output between B- and M- when you press the gas and the solenoid latches it should read same as the battery pack... and go down near 0v as you continue to press the pedal down.

Good luck and have a good weekend everybody

It could be the speed sensor that goes into the side of the motor. Does the cart move forward at all? If it moves slowly it probably the sensor

Did you do a diagnostic test? On the front of the controller cover it tells you how to check it. You will get different beeps as to what could be wrong.

Ok got home tonight didn’t have a lot of time to mess with it but I did take all the cables off cleaned all the terminals and checked single battery voltage all were around 6.4v. Ran diagnostic on it with no results. After doing this still same results hope to do more tomorrow.
