Default Club Car DS Unidentified Wire and Harness

I have a 2006 DS with 6x8v. Trying to install 500a alltrax and solenoid and I'm not sure what these wires go to. They were combined with the battery cable coming through the OBC. I was going to just combine them with the new 2ga cable. Does that sound right?

Yes. They need to remain connected just as they were. The only thing you're modifying with my kit is the 6 gauge cable that runs through the OBC. Everything else needs to stay the same as stock.

I added some red arrows just for clarity. Thanks David. What exactly do they do, they were crimped with the 6 gauge so I cut them off and planned to crimp them back together with the supplied terminal nut.

Looks like someone made a connection point for a voltage reducer to me. Does your car have a light kit?

That is the OEM negative distribution/connection block that comes with the DS model.

Don't try to "combo crimp" any of those wires with the larger cable as it would compromise the main cable.

You can crimp a 5/16" ring connector on the wire that connects to the Controller B-, just make sure the big lug goes first on the Controller tab, then the 10ga wire on top.

The 10ga wire with the yellow bullet connector is where you plug your converter and accessories negative wires.

The other 10ga wire is the output of the OBC, if You are still using the OBC, that wire can terminate at the connection block or at the Controller B-.
