My opinion is that the lift kit is made in China and a lot of information gets lost in translation. It's written in Chinglish so to speak.

Who did you order from? I got my lift from TahoeDawg. It was a few days, but perhaps with all the COVID-19 stuff going on, it is adding to "non-essential" stuff?
