99 clubcar wiring getting hot
my 99 clubcar wiring is getting hot when i drive it a round for just a few. any ideal what this could be

If you are talking about battery wiring they can get (warm) but not hot unless you are climbing hills or walls?
Hot wiring if its at a certain point or one wire means that you have a bad connection for some reason. Is your cart running alright otherwise, if not it could be many things causing it? Weak batterys, poor connections, F&R switch problems, solenoid arcking, motor needing new brushes and armature turned, etc. Please indicate what model and battery pack voltage you have as its helpful in diagnosing problems. |
