1981 g1 replacment suspension?
Any suggestions on replacement suspension? Wouldnt mind a bit of a smother ride

That's gonna be a tough one, Yamaha (in my opinion) has one of the smoothest suspensions due to the use of coil over springs verses leaf.
Any lift on your cart? stock tires?, they are some of the thickest sidewall tires out there. You could almost run them flat and not know it. If everything is stock, try going to a 18X8-8 or maybe a 20X8 or 9-8 tire with a 2 ply sidewall. then play with the air pressure. |

with the G1 getting New Yamaha shocks could prove tough. Ive seen them pop on ebay every so often.
the aftermarket ones i hear are stiff as heck |
