rear wheel passenger side is cocked back hitting the mud flap how do i straighten up the wheel? i haven't hit anything with it? i have a 4" lift on it.

Sometimes people jack up the car on the panhard bar, if it's bent, it will put the differential out of alignment.

where is a panhard bar? located?

If you look underneath the rear bumper, you will see a bar that runs from the passangerside to the driverside, it should be straight.
