Default Frustration!!!!

Have a 1996 2 cylinder gas. Decided to put a 4" lift on it myself. Was told there was no drilling or cutting and that a trained monkey could install it. Needless to say the holes on the rear left blocks dont line up.... Waiting to hear from them on what to do...

My other issue is the front is done being lifted but I see that the wheels are out of alignment. They are angled in (left wheel pointed slightly to the right and the opposite for the right wheel). So how do I align the front wheels?

Not sure what to suggest on the rear, if you send a picture maybe?

On the front it sounds like you need to set the toe by adjusting your tie rods. I think most people adjust it to about an 1/8" toe in, front of the tires 1/8" pointing in more than the rear. Pretty easy to do, just find yourself a measuring point on the front and rear of the tires and use that point each time you measure, then loosen the lock nuts on the tie rod ends and spin the rod between the tie rods, make sure to adjust both sides and that they are both adjusted very close to the same amount.

heres a trick I used on an atv. Leave cart on the ground, tie a string to the rear bumper in the middle of the cart, go all the way round the cart when you get to the front take 2 jack stands or blocks and set them about 2 ft in front and run the string around them as well. Make the string tight but not so tight it knocks the stands over. Now line this string up in the center of the rear wheels, and then line it up in the center of the front wheels. Now look down the line from front to back turn the tie rod in or out till the front half of the front tire is about 1/8th in from the rear of the back of the front tire. now move to the other side and do the same. now take it out and check for pulling one way or the other if it does then repeat steps it might take several times to get it just right. One other thing when you measure make sure you measure measure the front distance and the rear distance of the front tire in the same spot.then subtract the two to find your 1/8 th you need. You'll measure from the string to the edge of the tire.
