Cart name/details? (pic)
Ok Ezgo guys, what style of Ezgo is this? Also, are these motors 2 or 4 stroke? They look pretty cool! May be on the hunt for one! Thanks for any and all info!!

Re: Cart name/details? (pic)
It's a Marathon. That nose was available from like 1988 till about 1992. I believe the first couple years were 2 strokes. Then they went to 4 strokes in like 1991.
I had a 92 for a first cart. Paid $800 for it. In the end I decided that it was a PITA because it was so hard to find parts for it. Engine & transaxle parts are similar to later model Metalists. Basic block style lift kits are still out there. But I never found bumpers, brush guards or a cage for it. |

Ok, so parts are not plentiful? I may pass on this style and look for a TXT... I really like the ST but, they are few and far between...

ST is pretty much a TXT with a different cowl.. Easy to convert over but you have to buy all the pieces and that can get pricey.

I may do some investigating... How are the big block kits and lift kits compatible with the.4 stroke Marathons? Any choices?
