Series Cart Question? with pics.
Hey guys I hope all is well,
I've looked at the sticky for the picture break down that explains if your Club Car cart is a series type cart etc. The below pic is for a supposedly 2002 Club Car, my question is with that type of F&R switch can this cart still be a series cart? It also has the run & tow switch under the seat. I can't get to the cart yet to determine if it's an IQ cart. And this is really the only pictures I have. Thanks, Steve |

Defiantly an IQ. Not a series.

Re: Series Cart Question? with pics.
Thanks monepit, I went back and looked at the sticky again and it was pretty straight forward showing it wasn't a series cart.
I own a series cart now and I may pick this one up, what advantages are there on an IQ vs series? Thanks, Steve |

Re: Series Cart Question? with pics.
Can you tell us the serial no.? AQ is an IQ cart but AC is a regenII which is possible here I think. RegenII is also sepex so not a series cart but I think RegenII is problematic unless the controller is silver (not black). I'm an EZGO guy so I could be off base but if it were me I would consult a CC expert.
At least it is 6x8v and not 4x12v. |

Re: Series Cart Question? with pics.
It's an IQ cart for sure.... Look at your first picture below the F&R box. You can see the cap for the diagnostic port flopping around.

Re: Series Cart Question? with pics.
Series motors and Sepex motors are very different animals and require different control components.
