Default led lights question

Does anyone know where i can find these lights. I have a set on my golf cart as break lights. There are 10 led bulbs and when the break pedal is down they light up 2 bulbs at a time moving back and forth. One of the lights is bad and i need to find a replacement. They are 5 inches long, any idea?
