2008 Bad Boy Buggy won't move
Batteries are charged and the indicator light shows full when key is switched on. However there is no response at all when the pedal is pushed (forward or reverse). This buggy was inherited in this condition and I don't want to waste time on it trouble shooting in the wrong direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated and a schematic would be nice as well. 2008 48v 4wd 2 relays under passenger side of seat with a bank of what I think are resistors between seat and rear seat. I would really like to see it move to decide whether or not to proceed with repair.
