We swore off working on these piles of garbage years ago, because you can't find any information or parts for them (why does this company want to hide everything like it's the FBI or something?)

But it's one of them with the Sevcon Millipak controller setup. When powered up, both controllers blink 4 times, pause, and repeat. The Millipak manual at least shows that as a solenoid failure code. Does this on both forward and reverse.

If I'm guessing correctly, there's two solenoids that do the F/R switching, right? Is it likely both have failed at once? The only reason we're working on this **thing** is because one of our new employees owns it. It has the upgraded accelerator pedal setup already, motors check continuity good, and it has two large white Rodgers solenoids on the passenger side fender well area under the seat. They already look quite new.

Code in manual is 'Main contactor open or motor open circuit'

Usually these cars click once when you turn the key on. this one does nothing at all other than light the battery meter up.
