Reusing old pot box- what goes where?

I am reusing the old pot box from my Melex with an Allltrax axe 4855 r5 controller. The wiring diagrams are pretty straightforward, but the wire coloring is different than what is listed. I tested the black and blue wires and got a range of 0-5k ohms, so I know it is good. My question is which one goes to throttle 1 and which goes to throttle 2? Do I have to hook something up to the half speed connection on the controller? Is this where the green wire goes? The black and red are obviously from the micro switch, if I am reading the diagram correctly the red goes to the f/r micro switch and the black goes to the solenoid low side?
