Question Trying to identify this antique golf cart

Hello! I'm Hoping maybe you can help me? I am restoring an OLD golf cart that I own, But unfortunately it appears that it is so old I cant find the schematics online anywhere. What I know about it is, it's called a "Model Tee". Its from somewhere between 1910-1985, (I know this from the Allen Bradley stamp on a solenoid). It is an electric, one seater cart. it has a rack on the back for 2 golf bags. It has the number 12068 on it. and also a sticker that says 321. The "Model Tee" sticker says patent pending, and "made in detroit by fore". Any advise would be wonderful!! Thank you so much! -jo

Has anyone even heard of "Fore" in detroit, or a "Model Tee"?

That looks just like a Westinghouse. There is one on ebay now.

It looks similar, except mine has no shocks and there are a few other body differences.
