Default Txt running without switch

So, guess I patted myself too hard on the back this afternoon. Got back home tonight to put on a few pieces of trim on and realized the cart is running without the key being on. Continuity test on the switch checked out, so i completely removed it and the cart still runs. Really awesome seeing that I sleeved everything and zip tied it all. I'm digging into trying to figure it out now but wanted to post and see if anyone had any ideas. I added a super duty reverse contact during the rebuild. I've started to trace wires and compare scotty's diagram, but haven't found anything yet.

It's a 2001 36v series cart. The motor and controller are stock. Scotty b contact and 2g cables.

Well, fixed that but now the cart won't go. The red wire from the pedal box was loose where I connected it to the solenoid. The connector is indie led and was resting on the resistor. When I wiggled it back and forth, the solenoid would click. Not sure if you can make it all out in the picture. I Tightened that up, re-installed the key switch, and now the cart won't go. The solenoid clicks, only when the key is on now and pedal depressed, but nothing from the contact in forward or reverse.
