Default PDS FNR switch question

Good morning EZGO gurus! I'm a CC guy so please don't hate me! A customer brought in an 04 PDS with symptoms of intermittent/no reverse. It will roll in reverse for a few inches then stop. Repeat and more of the same. It goes forward just fine. So for a test, I took the FNR switch out and reversed the forward and reverse wires at the FNR switch. Now the cart goes fine in reverse, albeit at full speed, but the intermittent/no go symptom is now happening in forward. Is it an open and shut case for a new switch or is there further testing required? I couldn't get any beeps out of diagnostic mode, but the reverse buzzer has been disabled, so I'm not sure if that matters. Thanks so much for any input!

Open and shut. Replace the F/R switch.

I really appreciate the quick response JohnnieB! I didn't want to go throwing parts at it if it was something else. Again, many thanks!
