Johnnie, I finally got around getting this thing took apart. We've had snow, and 0° weather. I think it's obvious where the problem was. The SR from Scottyb is working great.

Looks like the magic smoke escaped in a couple of places.

The missing bottom cover allowed a lot of corrosion to develop, which may have triggered the failures.

I hear you about the weather. I'm about 350Mi NW of you as the crow flies and have had similar weather. It got up to the mid-60's today and I finally got the new DMV stickers on the cars' license plates that were supposed to be put on 1/1/18.

We were 0° Saturday night, and today I had to turn on the AC on my truck a little because it was getting a little muggy. Suppose to be 70° Friday, but were used to it. It's just North Carolina weather. Happens all the time!
