You could have one bad cell in that pack. Get a DVM and start checking each batteries while driving under load to see if one batteries drops very low.

Almost a guarantee the back battery is the bad one. Not sure why it's that one all the time that goes bad first or corrodes first.

Before doing any testing or working with the electronics be sure you put the car in TOW.

Raining Here this afternoon and probably wont get a chance to run the Cart out this evening and see what's up after charging. Question..? - What voltage should the entire pack be at after a full charge, and what should it be running at with load?
Also, side note. I have a battery load tester being delivered tomorrow to check them all out. Thanks!

On the RXV, Battery number 4 (the Back one) seam to get neglected on a lot of carts we see. Low or no water, heavy corrosion, rotted cables. I have yet to see a 5 year old 12vdc battery inside a RXV, they just dont last

Fast voltage drop during use, and fast voltage recovery after use, are both signs of sulphation. Typical cause is chronic undercharge due to not plugging it in quickly after use or wrong charger profile for the battery type/brand. Sulphation can be reversed, but it is not cheap or easy. The best cure is to take proper care of your batteries.

With as many "back battery" failures as I have seen on 4x 12v RXVs, I have to wonder if living so close to the heat of the motor might have something to do with it.

I don't remember the motor getting nearly as hot as the DC cars do. But you can all but guarantee the positive cable from it always corrodes. never the negative oddly enough.
