2006 EZGO TXT PDS XCT48500 Install Issue
I installed an Alltrax XCT48500 on my 36 volt EZGO TXT PDS today and after wiring everything up it barely moves forward or reverse. It sounds like the motor is struggling to turn over. When I turn the key on the lights come on. Backup alarm and headlights work as normal. The controller status light is in a solid green state. I've attached pics to show the wiring. Any help is appreciated.

Well for starters it looks like both diodes are backwards.
Edit.. little diode looks backwards |

I double checked the controller and when it first comes on I do get 4 green flashes which is the ITS throttle. How do I fix this?

How do you fix what? ITS is the correct throttle signal for all TXT carts. The small diode is for sure on backwards. I'm surprised it moves at all
