Hazard, Turn Signals and Head/ Tail Lights Help Needed!

Hello All,

I am wondering if anyone has a simple solution for me:

Here is what I want to accomplish:

I want to buy a headlight and tailight kit for my Gas EzGo, but I would also like to add in turn signals and hazard lights. I found a set of basic lights for around $100 and I would like to tie hazards and flashers into my kit. The head lights appear to have amber lenses on the sife of the headlight and I am hoping to use those as running lights/ turn signals.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to getting this wired correctly or can anyone suggest a full light set as I am looking for that doesn't $300+ dollars?

Any help is appreciated.
