I got reverse but only solenoid click in forward??

I decided to start a new thread for future searches and I had fixed the questions related to the the topic.

Now I bypassed the reed switch ( thx rabbit) and immediately the reverse buzzer went off. I pressed the gas pedal and reverse worked. I then tried forward and all I got was solenoid click, no motion. What and where do I need to verify and look now? Controller, motor???

If the solenoid is clicking in Forward, the next thing to check is if you are getting power on all 4 posts of the F&R while in forward. I am assuming the cart actually moved under it's own power in reverse? If so, then it should be capable of moving in Forward as well.

You may have a cam that is out of alignment as well. when you put the cart in forward, step on the pedal and if it is not moving, slowly move the direction selector towards the neutral position.

Ok we have reverse then a clicking solenoid in what I think is forward. I checked a 4 poles of the f&r and only have voltage on the bottom pole. Gonna look at the cam position. Please advise

ITS ALIVE!!! The arm between the f&r switch and cam was not oriented correctly. So here is what all i found. Wires were pulled off and loose and some were plugged in wrong. Got that fixed and then found the reed swich to be bad. Reran the wire to the pack positve and got reverse. Took the cam arm off and tried all different ways and finally it all works.
