Also will say this, when i charge the cart the light is off and stayed off for at least a week. Makes me think my batteries still have some life in them.

I think this situation falls into the "pay me now or pay me later" Your right you still have some life left in the battery. But you know batteries they always fail at the worst possible time. You could try some home remedy to rejuvenate them but they still need replacing.

Before you buy new batteries I highly recommend you read any thread on the forum ... Titled how to take care of my batteries or battery maintaince
You do not store a golf cart without keeping the charger on all the time, or a battery maintainer

Battery two 12.4
Battery three 12.4

Flooded Lead Acid batteries will self discharge about 15% a month, a little less in cold temperatures.

Your fully charged batteries are only about 75% of what they should have been.

I am still surprised that one battery was down to 9v without any external load like lights.

Were they original golf course batteries? If so they could have had the GPS system connected to it.

Batteries used in golf courses that get played year round last a little over 2 years if maintained properly.

If You only drive Your cart a few times a week, they may last up to 10 Years.

You can keep using the batteries until they no longer perform the way You need them to perform, but it does not appear there is much life left in them.

Fully charged should be around 50.93 or higher. 50% is 48.4 or where you should stop running and start charging. Your total is 49.7 fully charged or around 75% so your run time has to be short. Tic Toc
