Windshield rattled some when I got it from All-sports, a few of the adhesive buttons apparently came off during shipping, so a quick call to our sponsor David of Revolution Golf Cars and he quickly got them to send more over, also there was some plates I didn't receive with the back rest brackets, they handled all that very quickly. The best thing I didn't have to do anything David took care of it for me, great service!

So it helped and I could of left it at that but with the hot humid climate down south Louisiana, I figured It needed a little more reinforcing so I added some clear Lock-tight adhesive silicone to basically make it a done deal. Well I got a little overzealous with the silicone and decided I needed to do something to clean it up a little, I like to make things as clean as possible when i do something but sometimes it doesn't happen. This time I think it actually worked out great, I like it. Here check out the pics!!

Forgot to mention, I used a 7/8 pin stripe from the parts house, to trim out around the windshield edge, sorta link in the automotive world. I like the look regardless, glad it worked out. Today it is major rain, wish I could work on the back wood project some but probably not going to happen.

Today it stopped raining for the first time in a week, so I was able to modify the original box and down sized it, I will trim it out, install hidden hinges stain it really dark or may go completely black with the All Sports logo on it or even diamond plate the outside of the box, so I have options. The Box is only 8" deep, by 29" wide and 8" tall, it looks larger, I should of been outside in good light for the pics to see the real affect but I figured once complete you'll see what my vision was, so will I LOL!!!!! I also cut the brackets that originally came with the back seat kit, I just need some square plastic end caps.

Oh hey, being I'm going with an all American theme here with the American flag/bald eagle wrap, the horn is Americana also with the AH-OOOGA Horn.
Having that Voltage converter and distribution block makes adding accessories easy, like bottom LEDs, radio, etc.

don't know if you could find the right size but an old metal cooler would make a good looking box.
