Default 48V lifted Club Car Loading problem

I have a 2013 club car president that I am trying to load in the back of my Dodge 3500 four-wheel-drive. It will not pull itself up onto the ramps. I hear a click in the golf cart just stops. Any suggestions?

Reset OBC first and try again.

Cart charged up all the way?

Is your 3500 lifted? Stock they are quite high as is...(I own one too). I just rent a trailer for $26 bucks from Home Depot. Much easier than trying to go into your truckbed:)

It is not lifted but it is still pretty high stock. I will be pulling a travel trailer.

Maybe you can find a hill to load from... even a curb may lessen the incline enough to make it work but, honestly it's time to upgrade the drive system. It needs more amperage to make more torque

Just put stock size wheels on it to travel. It should load with them.
