Default New Battery Cables

I need to replace my battery cables on my 48 volt golf cart. I've read that 2 gauge wires are the best because they allow more amps. I read that 2 gauge wires should be able to handle 600 amps but all the 2 gauge sets I see for sale are saying only 200 amps...

That's what I was thinking, but why would all these sets say 200 amps?
