 The auxiliary contact is definitely making contact with the negative side. It has the same voltage as the plug and as the battery pack. Is there any way to double check the chargers? I don't have a cart here... I'd have to bring them to work again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I don't think the fuse is blown on the PW 2. Take a look.

TXT PDS won't charge
I also checked the voltage on the Radsok plugs on the charger side with it plugged in. Same voltage as the battery pack. This thing has got me frustrated. Thanks for the help.

Could it be that both chargers have bad boards? If you have 37 volts at the plug, and the sense wire is making good contact with the side of the radsock, it almost has to be the charger.

I would be checking that small aux terminal in charger handle. Check for good connection to the other end in the charger.
